World Affairs Council of Tacoma member, Michael Fowler, will be speaking at an event for the Northwest China Council on Thursday, March 24th 2022 via Zoom. Fowler is the Managing Director and Senior Trade Consultant at the World Trade Center in Tacoma where he's been working on a trade and investment project which developed from the Sister City relationship between Tacoma and the city of Fuzhou in China. At this event, he'll be discussing how the city of Tacoma has leveraged its Sister City relations Fuzhou to help improve the lives of their citizens.
