About the event
Description
The current phase of the conflict in Ukraine began with the February 2022 invasion by Russia. How does the current situation demonstrate the threat posed by President Trump's radical shift away from support for Ukraine, and the entire structure of the post-WWII alliances with Europe and NATO? And what are the dangers of a new U.S. appeasement policy in the face of an aggressive, expansionistic Putin in Russia? What dangers does this pose for Ukraine's survival, European and US security, and the future of a stable international world order?
