About the event

Clint Borgen is the Founder and President of The Borgen Project, a Tacoma-based nonprofit dedicated to bringing U.S. political attention to global poverty. The organization has helped pass numerous legislation into law that have enhanced the lives of nearly 500 million people worldwide, improving access to basic needs such as clean water, education, electricity, and food security. Now in its 21st year, The Borgen Project has advocates in 48 U.S. states, hundreds of cities across the U.S., UK, and Canada, and team members around the globe.
