Presented by Ellenda Wulfestieg:
“The Lost World of Venezuela"

January 21, 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM
The Great Hall, Annie Wright Schools, Tacoma

Ellenda Wulfestieg lived in Venezuela from 1992 to 2002 and still reads the Venezuelan papers daily. This talk will discuss the glory and downfall of Venezuela. Venezuela is a beautiful country with abundant natural resources, including crude oil, bauxite, gold, hardwoods, cacao, many fruit trees, and rich soil. However, the joke in Venezuela is that God made Venezuela, but then gave it to the Venezuelans. Through expropriation, mismanagement, complacency, greed, corruption, and stupidity, Venezuela is now a lost country. Please join us for an informative discussion.
