Nick Kontogeoropoulos, professor of international political economy at the University of Puget Sound, will share his personal travel experiences and research into the fascinating world of volunteer tourism in Thailand and its role in national development. We’ll delve into why one chooses to participate in volunteer tourism and discuss its real impacts in terms of development and international service.
